+ What can I expect when I visit?
Our parking lot can fill up quickly. You may drop your family off at the front door and park across the street at Rangeview High School. The side streets are also an option. Beat the traffic and try to arrive 10-15 minutes before the service starts. This will give you time to find your way around, drop off your children, and meet some new friends while finding your seat.
+ What about my children?
Our Children's Ministry is located on the east side of the building. Park at the east end of the parking lot and use that entrance, instead of the main entrance. If you have kids who would like to attend a Sunday school class you would want to attend the 9:00 AM service. All children, infant - 5th grade, check in at the Children's information desk located down the east hall (take a left when come in east entrance). Our helpful staff will get your children checked in and brief you on their procedures. We also offer children's church at 10:45 AM, which combines all ages in 1st-5th grade. There is also a nursery for your littlest ones. Next to the nursery is the nursing moms room, which is a quiet and relaxing room for you and your baby.
If you have youth (middle school and high school) also come in the east entrance. The youth room will be on your right. Middle School meets there during the 9AM service and High School meet there during the 10:45AM service.
+ How safe is the church?
While our trust is first and foremost in the Lord, we do have an active and trained security team is present at all services. Please know that we take your safety seriously.
+ Who's preaching?
New Life uses a cyclical, "preaching team" method. While senior pastor Jeff Noble and Carson Greenhaw bring the majority of Sunday morning messages at New Life, we are also regularly blessed by messages from pastors Larry Snapp and New Life’s Ethnic Pastors. Just as we can get different glimpses of God by reading the four different Gospel writers — Matthew, Mark, Luke, John — it is our conviction that God can speak to us in new and fresh ways through a team of preachers.
+ How accessible is the church?
New Life Community Church strives to accommodate everyone in our community. Our church is completely wheelchair accessible. Elevators are located on every floor.
For those with hearing impairments, we have hearing signers available. Our Signing Ministry can interpret the sermon and the worship using American Sign Language (ASL). This service is available when requested ahead of time. Contact the church office for more information.
+ What should I wear?
What you see on a Sunday morning at New Life varies a lot. You'll see shorts, khakis, and button-up collared shirts. Come dressed how you feel comfortable. Anything from jeans to dress pants will do.
+ Who are the people at the door?
You will be greeted by our ushers and greeters team. They can guide you where you need to go and answer any questions you may have. Upon entering the Sanctuary, they will hand you our weekly bulletin, and they can help you find seats if the service is full.
+ What happens during the service?
At the beginning of the service, we usually have a meet and greet time. You will not be singled out as a visitor. During the service, you can expect a variety of musical styles and solid, Biblical teaching. An offering is taken weekly, but don't feel pressured to give if this is not your church home. Communion is served the first Sunday of every month. Communion is available to anyone who has accepted Christ as their Savior. You don't have to be a regular attender here to participate in communion.
+ What happens after the service?
If you have a need that you would like someone to pray for, talk to one of the prayer team members up front at the end of the service. If you are a newcomer to New Life, we would love to get to know you! We invite you to this informal fellowship time following today’s service by the coffee pots in the church foyer. We also have a special gift book that we would like to give to you. We look forward to meeting you and hope you can join us!
